**Group Summary**:
The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

**About the Role**:

- Performs basic installations and upgrades of computer systems. Assists with workstation and server administration set up. May conduct backups and recoveries. Typically works under direct supervision._

**Your preferred qualifications**:

- Post-secondary degree/diploma or equivalent function-related training
- 2 years related experience
- Experience with computers, printers, Office 365, cell phones, and network switches
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Backups (Veeam), VMWare, SAN (NetApp), and scripting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to deal with any type of user, sophisticated to entry level.
- A definite interest in technology, computer hardware & software.

**Who we are looking for**:
We would prefer automotive manufacturing experience.

Salary range $60 - 65K. This will be determined based on skill set and years of experience.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for setup, maintenance and updates of PC’s, software, and printers.
- Responsible for documenting IT procedures, phone lists, IP addresses etc.
- Responsible for support of cell phones.
- Utilize basic knowledge of all functions within the Information Systems area to back up IT team members when required.
- Continually improve the information and production systems that support Mytox business and user requirements.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for Mytox Personnel during NON Normal business hours as required
- Performs all job functions abiding by the office/work standards, policies and procedures as outlines in the company handbook.
- Performs all job functions in alignment with IATF 16949 quality management standards and ISO 14001
- Actively participates in continuous improvement
- Maintain 5S standards in working environment
- Attend training based on Mytox’s internal training matrix
- Performs all job functions in a safe, healthful and environmentally conscious manner, abiding by all health, safety and environment rules and regulations as outlined in the company handbook
- Performs other duties as assigned or any reasonable request by management.
