Crane Operator-tower/self-erect

Surrey, Canada Tandem Craning Solutions Ltd. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate tower cranes to lift, move, position, and place materials and equipment on construction sites.
- Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance on tower cranes to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Communicate with site supervisors and fellow workers to coordinate lifting and movement activities.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions with tower cranes.
- Keep accurate records of crane operations, maintenance activities, and any incidents or accidents.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating tower self erect cranes in a construction environment.
- Valid tower crane operator certification/license.
- Strong understanding of crane operation and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform lifting and operating tasks.
- Attention to detail and focus on safety.

**Salary**: $45.00-$54.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
