**OVERVIEW**

Night Auditors are passionate about customer service. They look to make our guests comfortable while away from home, whether they are traveling on business or for leisure. They have a keen intuition that allows them to anticipate needs and exceed expectations. These team members have excellent communication skills, can multi-task, are team-oriented, and work diligently to resolve issues.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**
- Demonstrate and provide exceptional service to all guests and potential guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous and professional manner at all times.
- Perform proficient, accurate check-ins and check-outs.
- Take reservations through the understanding and practice of yield management principles to maximize on revenue per available room and promoting the Resort’s facilities.
- Professionally anticipate and address guest service’s needs, concerns and/or complaints.
- Program wake-up calls as requested by guests.
- Support and assist other team members as necessary including new team member orientation and training.
- Maintain standards of punctuality, uniform/dress code as appropriate to position.
- Assist with cleaning duties to maintain a clean and well-organized work environment.
- Adhere to and comply with all health and safety regulations, emergency procedures and always promote a safe work environment.
- Balance all daily accounting transactions, including cashier audits and credit card postings
- Run reports needed for statistical information during the shift and for daily destruction
- Ensure accuracy for all reports

**ATTRIBUTES & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Hotel/Customer Service Experience desirable but not essential (full training will be given)
- Extremely detailed oriented and organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Can-Do Attitude
- Creativity - think “Outside the Box”
- Initiative - take ownership of the position
- Punctual, reliable, flexible
- Proficient in MS Office including Power Point & Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

**Wage**:$23.50 per hour ($19.50 per hour plus night rate of $4.00 per hour)

**Job Type**:Full Time,** **Permanent

**Schedule**:Nights 11pm-7am, Weekends, Holidays
