Taxi Dispatcher

**Job Descriptions: -**
- Communicate through Digital Dispatch System with drivers to ensure constant status and location.
- Communicate through multi-line phone system to assist both drivers and customers.
- Use computer programs to track vehicles review reservations and find addresses.
- Troubleshoot complex problems and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- This position is fast paced Position dealing with customers and drivers.

**Job Requirements: -**
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must have a interpersonal skill to deal effectively with all business contacts.
- Work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Working knowledge of multi-line telephones.
- Working knowledge of basic computer skills including Microsoft office.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English, in both and oral forms.
- Must have knowledge on the Comox Valley area

**Salary**: $16.75-$18.50 per hour
