**The Opportunity**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Re-stock and reset classroom equipment to maintain a high standard of customer experience in first aid classes.
- Manage AED orders which includes, conducting inventory, processing orders, and handling shipment or product.
- Put away stock and office supply orders.
- Prepare and deliver, by driving SJA vehicle, equipment and files for away classes.
- Responsible for preparing and submitting all branch orders (training, community services, retail, first aid kits) and inventory management.
- Update and maintain building and classroom bulletin boards including MSDS documents.
- Organize, participate, and present at trade shows and other special events as directed by the Branch Manager.
- Provide administrative support to customers and staff by:

- Liaising with staff on scheduling additional classes as required.
- Monitoring upcoming classes daily to ensure adequate registration.
- Making phone calls to encourage re-certifications and contacting accounts with outstanding due invoices.
- Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction of product and/or training.

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Valid class 5 driver's license;
- High school diploma;
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs;
- Possess clean driving record and provide a copy for personal file;
- Must provide a criminal record check;
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service;
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- 1-3 years of experience in office administration;
- Proficient in computer programs, in particular, MS Office, internet, database and keyboard skills;
- Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills; and
- Experience in sales or retail is an asset.
