We are currently looking for a Training Administrator to join our team in Southport, Manitoba This person will join a team of dedicated professionals involved in the administrative support functioning and client support.

**JOB OVERVIEW**

**Administrative Support**:

- Liaise and communicate with several stakeholders within the company to maintain the following documents for the flight scheduling / training information management system:

- Standard Operating Procedures
- Customized user help manuals
- Issue/change/solution tracking logs
- User training modules and packages
- Conduct software training sessions in a classroom or one-on-one environment
- Create and edit flight training syllabi in the Training Information Management Systems (TIMS)
- Perform quality assurance testing
- Manage delivery of course critique surveys
- Maintain the electronic training document knowledge base
- Complete onsite editing of electronic courseware
- Record meeting minutes when required
- Backfill for Flight Dispatch when required

**Data Entry for**:

- Student training serials
- Course Administration
- Training Resource Management

**Customer Service**

Provide first rate service for both staff and students to ensure an efficient and effective training environment
- Demonstrate integrity and honesty, treating others fairly and ethically
- Create and maintain a positive work environment
- Conduct TIMS training sessions for all new courses and refresher training when requested
- Ensure the work is being done in a quick, efficient, and professional manner
- Multitasking, decision making and critical thinking
- Assist Pilots and Students as required

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Office Administration or related post-secondary education
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office programs and desktop publishing software
- Experience in adult education and/or courseware development
- Strong technical writing skills
- Experience with developing and publishing training manuals
- Ability to interpret software documentation into usable text
- Detail oriented
- Experienced in data entry
- Skilled at auditing paperwork
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must be a self-starter with good motivational and initiative skills
- Ability to learn quickly, understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Works and Government Services Enhanced Reliability Clearance
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work within a team and can function well independently

**Salary**: $46,381.06-$57,976.33 per year
