What Opportunity Awaits?
Libro is on a mission to find a passionately accountable full-time Regional Personal Banking Specialist supporting our Huron Perth region. The individual in this role will take a proactive approach to coaching high potential customer/Owners within aligned market segments achieve their financial goals - including understanding each Owner’s financial situation and life goals to build and foster long term, full relationships. This key sales position focuses on activities related to the attraction, maintenance and coaching of Owners in a dedicated portfolio. The Regional Personal Banking Specialist will be responsible for working closely with other members of the sales teams to ensure all opportunities are identified, referring them to the appropriate lending, investment or business coaches to build a full financial relationship with Owners.

The Epic Human we are looking for will;
Build strong relationships through providing appropriate personal lending solutions; including lines of credit, loans and mortgages to fulfill Owner needs

Support effective sales management practices as part of regional, & corporate teams

Provide proactive outreach to Owners and prospects from referrals, using the Mortgage Relationship Program, data insights & market intelligence to actively maintain and grow Owner relationships

Refer opportunities to appropriate specialists to match expertise to the Owner’s identified needs, including complex mortgage lending solutions to the Home Financing Advisor

Conduct holistic conversations using Libro’s Prosperity Planner and budgeting tools to better understand the Owner’s goals, needs & aspirations

Comply with established Libro & regulatory policies & procedures

Make smart risk decisions that protect our Owners & Libro

Do you have two (2) to three (3) years’ experience in a financial institution, preferably including sales experience in a customer service environment.

Do you have a high school diploma, or post-secondary education (preferred)?
