Calgary, Canada JDB Commercial Landscaping Full time

**MUST have a valid Alberta driver's license and must provide a clean driver's abstract.**:

- **MUST have own vehicle to get to and from shop at any hour of the day.**:

- **MUST have truck and trailer experience and feel comfortable maneuvering through the city and smaller sites independently.**:

- 2+ years experience working as a landscaping labourer.
- Adaptable to work a flexible work schedule and be on call; especially over winter seasons with unexpected snow falls.
- Demonstrates safety leadership and safe work practices at all times.
- Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, and the general public in a courteous, professional manner at all times.
- Must be a team player, ability to take direction, work independently as part of a team with a great work ethic.
- Experience with snow removal with a skid steer/snow plow would be considered an asset.
- Experience as a crew lead considered an asset.

References will be required.

Work conditions: Outdoors with ability to withstand cold temperatures/hot temperatures, physically demanding - ability to lift/carry/push up to 50lbs, attention to details, fast paced, weather dictates the daily schedule.

Additional skills: Operate equipment comfortably such as snow blower, walk behind snow sweeper, ability to conduct safety checks on all equipment, clean equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
