**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with external IT service provider on technical projects and issues
- Managing and tracking of IT tickets submitted to external provider
- Coordinating of onsite contractors and project work
- Organizing all required hardware and network upgrades with external IT provider
- Coordinating all technical matters related to onboarding new hires
- Providing preliminary technical assistance and support for internal queries and coordinating escalations into Support System: basic issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware, including Microsoft suite
- Ad hoc projects as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience working in IT operations
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
- Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practice
- Self-motivated to remain current in emerging technologies and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Keen attention to detail, accurate and eager to learn
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and reliable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong working knowledge of MS Teams

**Additional requirements/information for applicants**:
Able to travel to our other office monthly

High speed internet connection
