RCS is a well established support team in Calgary and we are expanding to Edmonton We are seeking a skilled and reliable Team Lead to join our crew. RestoraClean Services offers support to restoration clients with cleaning, demolition, heavy lifting, abatement, content management, and more.

**Overview**:
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing restoration projects, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction are met. While supervising and mentoring a team, provide positive direction to motivate quality performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage cleaning and restoration projects from start to finish
- Provide training and guidance to ensure team members adhere to industry best practices and safety protocols
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure work meets or exceeds industry standards
- General labour around cleaning, heavy lifting, moving and other physical tasks as required
- Ensuring all supplies, materials, and equipment necessary are at each jobsite
- Operating hand and power tools such as hammers, saws, and drills
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards including PPE of each employee
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks during projects
- Perform various duties as required in a fast paced, emergency service environment

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in cleaning and restoration, with a minimum of 2 years experience in the industry
- Previous leadership experience
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management and client interactions
- Attention to detail and follow directions with a willingness to work with feedback
- In-Depth knowledge of cleaning and restoration techniques, equipment, and materials
- Familiarity and understanding of industry regulations and safety standards
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges during projects
- Training and certifications in cleaning and restoration (IICRC) preferred
- Physically fit with the ability to work in various environments
- MUST DRIVE

**Requirements**:

- PPE including: Steel Toed Boots, safety glasses, high visibility vest
- Own reliable vehicle
- Hand tools: Utility Knife (Olfa), hammer, multi-bit screwdriver set, hex key set, prybar

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week

- Restoration: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
