**THE COMPANY**:
Trillium Architectural Products is a leading supplier of doors, door hardware and security devices. We focus on commercial construction/renovation projects and work with closely with architects, contractors and locksmiths.

**THE ROLE**:
As a Project Manager, you will be the liaison between our clients and our internal departments on multiple projects.

You will use your customer service, organizational and communication skills to keep projects on track. This includes setting procurement and delivery schedules, processing change orders, and coordinating all aspects of your projects.

The position can be performed in-office, remotely or hybrid.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure project deliverables remain on track and that Trillium's contractual commitments are met
- Organize, oversee and coordinate internal teams, including detailers, purchasers, shippers and installers
- Use Trillium's Project Plan framework to schedule procurement/delivery and track project milestones
- Submit and track project documentation, such as hardware schedules and shop drawings, quotations, requests for information (RFls) and change orders
- Monitor and maintain the financial well-being of projects
- Build customer satisfaction and loyalty

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **Demonstrated knowledge of commercial doors, frames and hardware, access control devices, electronic devices and/or building codes is a definite asset.**:

- Post-secondary education in relevant field (_eg. Architecture, Construction Project Management_)
- 3+ years of professional work experience, preferably in a related field (_eg. Construction_)
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings (_floor plans, elevations, door schedules, etc._)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written, including the ability to communicate professionally
- Computer skills (_MS Office, Bluebeam, typing, file storage_)
- Customer service expertise
- Ability to multi-task and stay focused, even with interruptions
