Ingenuity Studios is looking for a 3D department PA that will work closely with CG Department Coordinator to perform all data entry tasks and maintain CG department documents.

The production assistant will be the eyes and ears for the department manager helping to serve the daily team needs. It will include and not be limited to the below tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet with the Department Leads to gather, sort and monitor department priorities everyday
- Be sure no one is "looking for work" when they first start their day
- Confirm the schedule so the team is aware of the day's agenda
- Update department manager and Artists if there is a Daily Review schedule for that day
- Remind producers to fill in any missing document data, (Due Dates, Priority)
- Gather Producer, Lead, Sup, and any artist for project meetings

**Requirements**:

- Experience in post-production and knowledge of 3d pipeline is a plus
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
- Good organizational skills
- Interest in films and VFX
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
- Production software, Shotgrid a plus
- Positive attitude and ability to work on tight deadlines
