The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a **Subprime Finance Manager** for our **Innisfail Chrysler** location.

With over 20 dealerships and car service locations stretching across Alberta, British Columbia, Washington, Montana, and California; the Cam Clark Auto Group is an industry leader in providing outstanding customer experience since 1987, while also striving to offer an amazing employee experience as well

**You will be accountable for**:

- Setting sales goals, tracking progress, and leading the team to achieve and exceed those quotas.
- Forecasting sales for upcoming months and quarters.
- Managing a CRM platform to retain customers and seek new prospective sales.
- Maintaining a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers.
- Compiling regular reports for dealership management to review.
- Communicating and maintaining relations with all lenders.
- Ensuring all deals are compliant with provincial and federal regulations.

**To be successful in this role, you must have**:

- A valid driver’s license and AMVIC licence.
- Previous experience in subprime sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
