**Role Description**

The purpose of the Quality Control Manager is to provide code, regulatory and project specific oversight to ensure compliance. This includes the review of QA/QC materials, welding compliance, inspection and testing activities at site. This role will be based out of our Head Office in Cambridge, ON but travel to site will be required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all ITP stages are followed and complied with.
- Boiler, Piping, Bolt-up and Vessel Inspections
- Read piping isometrics, GA's and PID's.
- Knowledge of ASME, BBI, CSA, and TSSA Legislative codes and standards.
- Maintaining and verifying welder qualification record.
- Monitoring welding and carrying out final weld visual inspection.
- Verifying all NDE needs to ITP and confirming completion.
- Final piping reinstatement inspection and witnessing applicable bolt torque.
- Experience with weld mapping, Bolted joint mapping and as-built drawings.
- Flange face inspection.
- Turnover binder review and completion.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a related role within heavy industrial projects.
- CWB Level 2 CSA W178.2 with B31.1, B31.3.
- Visual Acuity.
- Field and shutdown experience is required.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle a multitude of tasks.
- Proficient in Office 365 Applications.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Understands Quality Inspection procedures, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean abstract.

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
