RPABusiness Analyst

Must have minimum of 5 years of Business Analysis experience
- Have excellent planning, problem-solving, project management and leadership skill
- Understand IT delivery methodologies (ITIL, Agile, Lean, etc)
- Prior experience in leading similar projects in robotics process automation (UiPath (highly Preferred), Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
- Leadership skills to inspire co-workers to attain goals and pursue excellence
- Understand the drivers of value, including the ability to size and prioritize large scale initiatives across businesses and functions
- Prior functional experience in SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile development methodologies including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support and maintenance
- Strong debugging, problem-solving and investigative skills. Ability to assimilate disparate information (log files, error messages etc.) and pursue leads to find root cause problems
- Ability to understand and create business process workflow diagrams or procedural documentation
