**DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES**:

- Plan and schedule client renovation projects into our project management software, BuilderTrend.
- Create project schedules to meet milestones and completion dates.
- Schedule trades in for each project using BuilderTrend and ensure there are no conflicts.
- Create detailed project budgets, manage supplier and trade pricing, control costs and maintain gross profit numbers/ targets on each project.
- Manage all aspects of the projects.
- Communicate with trades.
- Provide clear direction to crew members and Subcontractors to ensure project targets are achieved.
- Act as the primary contact with clients.
- Count and order materials.
- Work on site on the tools when necessary.
- Conduct regular weekly meetings with the Site Supervisors and

Site Assistants.
- Manage and mentor Site Supervisors and Site Assistants to meet scheduling goals and exceed client expectations, while ensuring appropriate and professional communication is conducted between teammembers, Subcontractors, and clients.
- Ensure projects are completed according to approved plans, specifications, shop drawings, and applicable building codes while

maintaining high quality standards.
- Delegate bookings, order placement and tracking, etc to the

Office Manager.
- Liaise and work closely with the Design Manager to ensure project vision is properly executed, including: reviewing plans, providing construction related feedback and input prior to finalizing design and entering the construction phase, and maintaining communication throughout the project should changes be required or suggested.
- Attend and provide input at Project Meetings, and proactively identify solutions to support upcoming and ongoing projects.
- Lead the onsite crew to identify and manage opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible results for scope, quality, schedule, and financial targets.
- Manage receivership, storage, and protection of materials and ensure a clean, organized and professional presentation at work sites
- Support and maintain a healthy, happy work environment and corporate culture.

**SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 5 years of residential construction supervisory experience.
- Trade certificate would be an asset; Journeyman Carpenter Preferred.
- Proficient in BuilderTrend or other similar construction project management software.
- Are currently in a similar project management role or have been in such a position within the past year and understand the role and responsibilities.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in residential renovations.
- Strong management skills with the ability to bring out the best in your team and keep themmotivated and moving at a quick pace while maintaining the highest quality.
- Experience managing various subcontractors/ sub trades.
- Budgeting experience with the ability to manage budgets on target.
