Resupply Specialist

Aveiro Sleep/Sleep Medix, a leading Sleep and Respiratory service provider, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals by offering comprehensive Home Sleep Apnea Testing (HSAT), CPAP therapy, and respiratory support services across Western Canada.

**Job Description**:
As a Resupply Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in launching a new division (Resupply Outreach) focused on DME product resupply, including CPAP units, masks, and accessories, to active patients as part of our commitment to comprehensive patient care. This position aims to ensure that orders are processed in an accurate, timely, compassionate, and respectful manner through exceptional best-in-class service. The Resupply Specialist will thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace change as the division grows and evolves its strategies, systems, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of resupply strategies.
- Coordinate resupply operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness, which includes making direct contact to patients to discuss options.
- Provide exceptional customer service to active patients, demonstrating compassion and respect.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and systems.
- Adapt to changes and contribute to the growth and evolution of the Resupply Outreach division.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Applicants with specific credentials and or experience in the sleep industry will be given strong consideration.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with patients.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM and/or EMR software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Experience**:
