**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to represent our company and promote our products or services. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with potential customers and creating positive brand experiences.

True Centre Auto Service is hiring. We're seeking to hire an individual with an exceptionally likable attitude and a strong dedication to enhancing customer experience. Gross pay (Before tax) Ranges from $787-$950 per week

No more paper Digital Inspections, a picture or video is worth a thousand words Have a question or need more information? We have an in-house messaging system. You will also work with a team who is committed to your success.

Have an eye for detail and are self-driven with a willingness to learn, strong communication and computer skills are helpfull. Requirements.

Start at 7:30am until 5pm Monday to friday, answer phones and make appointments if advisors are unable to answer.
- Offer help before customers ask for it.
- Create conversation when the opportunity presents itself with front office customers. If you can tell that they are waiting to be checked out when the advisors are too busy to check them out right away, try to pass the time with conversation or locate there vehicle to bring up front for them.
- Park loaner vehicles when they return so the client doesn’t have to
- Maintain a clean, well-organized shop layout to make workflow easy.
- Customer Feedback: Actively seek and act on customer feedback, with direct communication. (How’s your day going? Is there anything we can do for you? Can I park your vehicle for you? May I bring your vehicle to the front for you?)
- Provide feedback to advisors if clients advise you or anything we could work on or things we do well.
- Offer demonstrations and samples to help customers make informed decisions if they request information (Be the liaison to access information).
- Occasionally provide small surprises like complimentary services. EX: Can I grab you a coffee? Have you eaten; can I get you something to eat? (Refer to snack area and retrieve requests)
- Celebrate customer milestones such as birthdays with special offers or greetings.

(If you find out its their birthday at, drop off, go get them a gift for when they pick up) $10 limit
- Bring customer vehicles up to the office when checking out
- Act as the face of the brand, and in customer interactions.
- Provide information about the brand’s products or services, answer questions, and address customer concerns.
- Communicate the brand’s mission, vision, and values effectively to create a positive image.
- Demonstrate and explain products or services to potential customers.
- Engage with leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
- Ensure all communications and interactions align with the brand’s guidelines and messaging. (Report to Owner directly should an issue arise with customer experience)

Our awesome extras $634-$800 per week Net pay in your pocket (Thats after taxes) (7:30-5) The shop Office is air conditioned as well as the staff lunch room. We offer Training, Travel Expenses covered if out of office training. New & Advanced Equipment, In-house Messaging System. Cost on any supplier account, a Benefit Plan with a health spending account ($2000 a year), weekends off, you are provided access to the shop after 3 months, matched RRSP contributions up to 25$ a week on your behalf, and paid lunch on Fridays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
