Job Description:

- greeting patients
- assisting with collection of patient medical history information and updating charts,
- telephone communication and triage, appointment scheduling, updating patient information
- collecting payment and balancing accounts receivable
- and other general office duties as requested
- coverage on front desk duties for vacation coverage/abseneeism

This position is an EXTREMLY busy position and requires FULL attention to detail and VERY STRONG verbal, written and computer communication skills. Other qualifications required are:

- experience in strong verbal, written and computer communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- ability to multi-task and prioritize
- pay attention to detail is VITAL
- proof of CPR/AED certification or willing to take course
- A1 personality-friendly, professional and caring with solid customer service skills

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
