Together Speech and Language Services Inc. is a private practice dedicated to providing family-centred assessment and intervention services to children and adults in Greater Vancouver (Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, New West). We are a passionate team that strives to provide therapy that is individualized, functional, and evidence-based. We offer home and community-based services and are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team. We offer the ability to have flexible hours, to set your own schedule and to choose your area of focus as well as your area of travel while taking care of all the administrative duties.

**Preference given to those with**:

- Experience providing therapy to school-aged children with ASD
- After school and/or weekend availability

**Requirements**:

- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current registration with the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC
- Access to a vehicle
- Minimum of 4-6 hours of after school and/or weekend availability

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Ability to provide family/client-centered services
- Ability to set SMART goals that are functional and meaningful to the client/family
- Experience delivering intervention through parent-coaching, or through coaching other family/support staff, etc.
- Dedicated to providing evidence-based intervention
- Ability to work independently in the community
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and families
- Demonstrated ability to work closely and collaboratively with other professionals
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Registration on the Registry of Autism Service Providers (RASP) list is an asset
- A second language is an asset
