- Provide administrative support to lawyers
- Assist with drafting legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, contracts, and agreements
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Prepare and proofread legal correspondence and reports
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines and milestones
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in case management systems
- Provide clerical support, including photocopying, scanning, and filing

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in legal drafting and research techniques
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail for proofreading and editing documents
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with Clio, Divorcemate, Quickbooks management systems is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective correspondence
