**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with project contract document reviews (drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, etc.)
- Attend pre-construction meetings and document discussions
- Assist with review and report on project mock-ups
- Perform periodic site visits and utilize a site visit reporting system to identify and update action items
- Assist in project field performance testing to confirm building enclosure performance (water, air leakage, EFVM, infrared testing, etc.)
- Assist in project task management and coordination
- Participate in continuing education
- Possible out of province travel
- Perform various office related tasks- Qualifications:- Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field
- Organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks on multiple projects
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong customer service commitment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Professional attitude
- Commitment to succeed
- General understanding of building science principles or building envelope components is a plus
- Valid British Columbia driver's license**Job Type**:
