Our team of > 150 prints a diverse suite of products including business cards, brochures, magazines, annual reports, presentation folders, retail signage, banners, posters, window wraps, and corrugate POP and POS displays.

**Duties - Head Pressmen**:

- Set up and operate printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials;
- Load and unload materials onto the press;
- Monitor press operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed;
- Perform routine maintenance on the press, such as cleaning and lubricating parts;
- Inspect printed materials for defects and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality;
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area;
- Manage and train team members to build team capacity; and,
- Contribute to production planning process.

**Duties - Web Press Helper**
- Be a team player and support the Head Pressman in all aspects of activity around the web press;
- Good communications skills to work effectively with a crew;
- Be able to work on the folder and sheeter with regards to proper cutoff control, bundling, skidding of the printed product whether its on the folder or sheeter; and,
- Good house keeping habits around the work area.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience operating printing presses preferred
- Knowledge of press operation techniques and procedures
- Familiarity with different types of printing equipment and tools
- Ability to read and interpret job orders and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot press issues

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
