ABOUT THE ROLE
- Managing and maintaining a section of the credit control/sales ledger.
- Working with external customers and internally with the ERIKS branch network.
- Working to targets and weekly/monthly deadlines.
- Managing and progressing billing/invoice discrepancies through to resolution,
- Allocating Cash (When Applicable)
- Raising invoices and credit notes.
- Account reconciliation, providing customers with accurate financial information.
- Taking credit card payments from customers.
- Liaising with third party collection agents/solicitors.
- Credit checking new and existing customers.
- Opening new customer accounts.

ABOUT YOU
- At least five years credit control experience.
- Good Microsoft Excel/Word Skills including PIVOT Tables, V Look Ups etc.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Used to working to targets and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and innovative approach.
- Understanding of accounting techniques and sales ledger transactions.
- Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
