**Job Brief**:
We’re looking for a Salon Coordinator to manage our team of stylists, ensure that our clients are satisfied, and keep our salon running smoothly.

**Duties**:

- Assist the manager with managing and scheduling of salon staff
- Review and implement new software systems for maximum efficiency
- Promote a positive work environment
- Work with salon staff to ensure smooth operation of daily operations
- Ensure that salon is stocked with supplies, equipment, and files
- Encourage salon staff to be creative in highlighting and promoting their services
- Maintains client database
- Provide and train staff on the products/services offered
- Develop marketing initiatives for salon
- Place and maintain ads in local publications

**Salary**: $19.50-$21.15 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
