Overnight Residential Concierge

**Schedule**: Saturdays and Sundays, 11.00pm-07.00am

**Start Date**: Training begins week of August 21st, 2023.
**About the Role**:
Join our dynamic team as an Overnight Residential Concierge, where you will be the face of our residential complex during the weekends. This role is vital to maintaining the safety, security, and satisfaction of our residents during nighttime hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet residents and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor security systems and report any irregularities.
- Handle emergency situations in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist residents with any requests or concerns.
- Maintain a logbook detailing overnight activities.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous concierge or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Reliability and punctuality are a must.

**Training**:
Immediate, comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped for your new position.
