Job Title: Landscape Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Landscape Design using software to draft site plans for required permits
- Design and implement landscape plans for residential properties
- Supervise and manage a team of landscapers to ensure quality and timely completion of projects
- Provide clients with detailed quotes
- Maintain open communication with clients
- Maintain and repair existing landscapes, including watering, pruning, and pest control
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert recommendations
- Keep up-to-date with the latest landscape design trends and techniques
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on the job site

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a landscape manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of landscape design principles and techniques
- Experience managing a team of landscapers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, AZ preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in horticulture, landscape architecture or related field is preferred.
- Landscape Industry Certified or other relevant certifications.

Wage: $28 - $35 hourly
