**Title**:Project Manager - Construction
**Salary Range**: $80,000 to $110,000
**Schedule**:Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm.
**Position Status**:On-site, full-time, permanent - Travel required approx. 8-10 days a month
**Benefits**:After 90 days of employment
**Location**: Tofield, AB
**Experience/Education/Training**:
- 5 years of multiple project management experience.
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline or trades background (equivalent of education and experience will also be considered).
**Position Overview**
The Project Manager is responsible for managing, maintaining, and overseeing all aspects of a construction project from the Sales hand-off to the execution of the work scope and through to project close-out. The position is responsible for the development of project budgets and will negotiate contracts and bids to acquire the necessary resources to ensure project completion. This role requires an incumbent that has previous experience working in the construction industry. This position is responsible for client liaison, subcontractor, and vendor management, managing HSE, quality, project financials, project schedules, risks, and administrative functions and communications with all stakeholders. This role also requires an individual to provide competent training and mentorship to the project team along with helping to identify areas of improvement with the overall life cycle of projects and project support software. As such, excellent interpersonal skills are required.
