**About the Role**:
We are seeking a skilled Pluned Optimization Specialist to join our esteemed team at Alexa Translations. This role is pivotal in enhancing our operational efficiency and maintaining our Translation Management Software (TMS) - Plunet. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive process optimization and facilitate the continuous improvement of our industry-leading translation solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and improve processes to drive efficiency and productivity, with a focus on optimizing the utilization of Plunet.
- Update and maintain the Plunet database to ensure structure and accuracy.
- Provide support through the analysis and optimization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Assist Plunet users with possible challenges and devise enhancements to streamline functionalities and processes.
- Organize and conduct training sessions regarding diverse Plunet aspects, equipping the team with tips and recommendations.
- Deepen understanding of Plunet features and identify new functionalities to improve workflow and process adherence, optimizing time and resources.
- Communicate changes and new procedures related to Plunet.
- Proficiency in working with Plunet components such as Contacts, Orders, and Queries concerning:

- Create new resource profiles in Plunet
- Maintain and update existing Plunet profiles
- Create and assign projects
- Implement new processes
- Export Plunet data to work on reports

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Translation Management Software, specifically Plunet, with a demonstrated minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to identify process inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and train users on software functionalities.
- Tech-savvy mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to drive operational improvements.
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing process enhancements in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in generating and analyzing reports using tools such as Google reports and Plunet reports.
- Advanced Excel knowledge for reporting purposes.
