The beloved donuts found in Kensington Market are expanding to their new location in Toronto’s West end in the exciting community of Parkdale Dipped Donuts is looking for a creative and passionate Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you'll excel in providing assistance to other team members and ensuring company standards are being met. Your role will also involve maintaining our shop’s high standards as well as providing the best customer service
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Food-handlers certificate (required)
- Customer Service Experience (an asset)
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently (essential)
- Worked in the baking field (Requirement)
- Food Handler’s Certification (Requirement)
- Able to work as a team
- Attention to detail
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviewing inventory if needed
- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks, showcasing a variety of coffee beverages
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Accurately handle orders and transactions through the POS system
- Keep the workspace and equipment clean and organized
- Ensure a fresh stock of coffee beans and ingredients
- Offer detailed information about our coffee and baked goods selections and make personalized recommendations
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members for efficient operations
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- De-escalating any situations that may occur
- Assisting with day-to-day duties assigned by the manager
**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week
**Salary**: $17.55 per hour
