- Maintain inventory of preserved roses and rose boxes
- Operate Shopify and Shipstation for orders
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with general shop maintenance and organization

- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral arrangements
- Experience in garden or landscape maintenance is a plus
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms for online sales is a plus
- Multilingual skills, particularly in English, are beneficial for communicating with diverse customers
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to listen to and address customer needs
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a clean work environment

**Salary**: $16.75-$20.08 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
