Job Summary:
As a Packaging Specialist in our coffee roasting company, you will play a crucial role in managing the packaging process for roasted coffee beans. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the labeling, sealing, and packaging of coffee products, ensuring compliance with quality standards for both retail and wholesale distribution.

**Responsibilities**:
Packaging Operations:

- Manage and coordinate the packaging process for roasted coffee beans.
- Ensure the efficient and timely packaging of products according to production schedules.

Labeling and Sealing:

- Oversee the proper labeling of coffee packaging with accurate information.
- Ensure the correct sealing of bags or containers to maintain product freshness.

Quality Control:

- Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the packaging process.
- Inspect packaging materials and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Packaging Equipment:

- Operate and monitor packaging machinery.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of packaging activities, including quantities packaged, materials used, and any issues encountered.
- Generate reports as needed for management and quality assurance purposes.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $22.90-$27.10 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
