**What you’ll do**:

- Be a contact for colleagues on company processes, forms, and resources
- Be responsible for basic accounting duties - payroll, accounts payable, supplies, and other financials
- Be proactive in the recruitment cycle of new hires - job postings, onboarding, and orientations
- Be diligent in maintaining employee database to ensure accurate information
- Be accountable for office duties as indicated by Store Manager
- Building and leading diverse teams that foster a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging
- Help plan, execute, and champion store colleague events when they arise
- Help plan and monitor labour and scheduling forecasting in store to align with company standards
- Additional store operations tasks as assigned by store manager

**What you’ll bring**:

- Familiarity with company systems would be an asset (Workday, SAP, Work Force Management, etc.)
- Must be available to work days, periodic evenings, and weekends (including Sundays) at 40 hours/week
- A demonstrated teammate committed to contributing to the team results

- Excellent organizational abilities-able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
