Parts Advisor

Tee Pee Trade & RV Centre is looking to expand our working family by hiring a Parts Advisor to provide excellent customer service and support to our team this coming summer season. Come join our fun and hard-working team that services the Central Alberta area out of our location in Camrose, Alberta.

Full-Time Seasonal Position: 40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday
Contract Period - 7 months (Apr-Oct)

Compensation: $17-$21 an hour dependent on experience

Position responsibilities:

- Take customer orders and fill out associated paperwork to facilitate payments
- Contact customers with order fulfillments and pickup schedules
- Work together with our service and sales departments to ensure an accurate flow of information and scheduling
- Facilitate parts order procedures from our vendors, ensuring quality control on shipments
- Handle cash and cashier duties to front end customers

Position requirements:

- Computer literacy with typing and using POS software
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and cloud-based software (Google Drive)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to learn and explain basic technical issues in person and over the phone
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 7 months

**Salary**: $17.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
