**Position Summary**:This course takes an interdisciplinary approach to the challenges of developing high quality user interaction designs for a variety of user experiences. Theories and concepts from computer science, cognitive psychology, industrial design, information science and others will be used to introduce students to the cognitive, affective, perceptual, physiological, environmental and social aspects of interactivity.

**Qualifications - Other**:

- Preferred PhD with strong emphasis on HCI or Human Factors.
- Experience teaching or providing training in any of the following: Human Factors, Systems Design, HCI, or Interaction Design
- Two or more years experience teaching at the college or university level

**Salary**: $9025.89 (Stipend)
