**Vos responsabilités**- Assure la gestion efficace et efficiente de toute l’information nécessaire à la fonction de l’appréciation des risques;- Effectue une évaluation de base des risques et offre du soutien à l’Empire Vie et à l’équipe des Opérations, Nouvelles affaires, Marchés individuels;- Agit comme contact principal auprès des conseillers pour les offres et d’autres problèmes de communication; transfère les questions aux tarificateurs au besoin;- Communique de l’information aux réassureurs, aux clients et clientes, aux conseillers et conseillères ainsi qu’aux tiers en ce qui concerne les preuves d’assurabilité et les décisions d’appréciation des risques;- Saisit des données dans les systèmes d’administration internes;- Offre du soutien au Service de l’appréciation des risques en assurant les services administratifs;- Prend en main les propositions avant leur établissement; prépare et distribue les communications aux conseillers et aux conseillères; actualise le système administratif de l’appréciation des risques de façon précise et s’assure que les changements de protection sont entrés en temps opportun et de façon efficiente et que le système les reflète adéquatement;- Enquête sur plusieurs fournisseurs et experts appropriés et collabore avec eux en ce qui concerne l’approbation des frais pour déterminer des solutions afin d’assurer la gestion efficace des coûts des rapports de médecins, des examens médicaux et des tests de laboratoire;- Répond aux questions et aux demandes et offre des solutions et des recommandations aux représentants du Service à la clientèle et aux membres de l’équipe des Opérations, Marchés individuels;- Agit à titre de personne-ressource en matière de formation et d’organisation fonctionnelle pour les membres de l’équipe;- Participe à divers projets (changements et tests des systèmes, sondages auprès des fournisseurs, projets du service et de l’organisation).

**Ce que nous recherchons**:
- Bilinguisme (anglais-français) est un atout- Expérience dans le secteur de l’assurance individuelle/des services financiers est un atout- Connaissance de la terminologie médicale est un atout- Connaissance des logiciels de traitement de texte, de feuilles de calcul, de messagerie, d’Internet, de bases de données et de présentation- Obtention d’un diplôme d’études collégiales- Bonnes aptitudes d’écoute ainsi que de communication verbale et écrite- Solides compétences relationnelles avec la clientèle- Capacité d’apprendre à utiliser la nouvelle technologie- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en collaboration avec une équipe- Capacité d’établir les priorités et de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément- Souci du détail/minutie**Au-delà du salaire**:
