Alarm Technician

**Looking for Alarm installation Technicians.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare for installations by reviewing installation orders, gathering equipment, supplies, and tools, and coordinating schedules with customers
- Plan installations by surveying and evaluating location, identifying installation requirements, and developing an installation plan
- Install equipment, run wiring, and program and calibrate equipment
- Verify systems functioning properly by testing equipment, connections, and signals, and identifying and correcting problems

This is a full-time position or part time position, and most workdays are Monday - Friday during the day. Successful applicants may occasionally be required to work evenings and weekends.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Work experience with installation, service, and troubleshooting of security systems is an asset
- Have a high quality of workmanship
- Must have own vehicle
- Must have own tools
- Eager to learn new technology and products on a continual basis
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract
- Owning basic security systems hand tools is preferred
- Safety training and Scissor Lift training is an asset
