Customer Service Representative (Summer Position - Start May 1st 2024)

**Compensation Range**:$17/Hourly 40 hours

**Hours**:Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as Summer Customer Service Representative. As a vital member of our customer service team, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers, address inquiries and concerns, and ensure that each interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about our products/services and assist customers with placing orders, scheduling service appointments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers, actively listening to their concerns and finding appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for enhancement in our processes and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
