**Job Summary**

We are currently seeking an SAT tutor to provide academic support to students, focusing on the SAT test materials and strategies. Responsibilities include:

- Providing academic support to students based on expertise and knowledge based on the Ontario curriculum, with a specific focus on SAT preparation.
- Designing and providing supplemental assignments to students to help promote greater understanding of SAT material.
- Offering both remedial and enrichment support for students preparing for the SAT.
- Communicating with parents or guardians to discuss student progress and strategies for SAT success.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Committed to providing excellent customer service to both students and their families.
- Enjoy working with students & families, providing guidance, and inspiring success in the SAT.
- Possess great communication skills, capable of conveying SAT concepts effectively.
- Located in or willing to travel to the Oakville/Burlington area for in-home tutoring sessions.

**A qualified applicant will meet at least one of the following criteria**:

- You hold a registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers, preferably with experience or interest in SAT tutoring.
- You are qualified to teach in a Canadian Province/Territory outside of Ontario, with credentials that support your ability to provide SAT tutoring.
- You have experience as a lecturer/course instructor at an accredited Canadian University or College, ideally with experience in test preparation strategies.
