**NATURE OF THE WORK**

**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Make follow-up and reminder calls to clients registered to receive Community Support Services
- Provide assistance to clients arriving to, or leaving from the Adult Day Program
- Assist in program development and delivery of Senior Centre Without Age telephone conferences
- Complete orders, stock frozen meals and cover meal routes as needed, for the Meals on Wheels Program
- Conduct outreach activities, presentations and information kiosks
- Support the coordination and delivery of Trishaw program - Cycling Without Age
- Perform data entries in the client information management system as well as locate and correct missing data or data entry errors
- Perform required administrative functions
- Support and collaborate with the Community Support Services team and the wider Centre team with diverse tasks as required
- Complete other relevant duties

**WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO FIND IN YOU**
- Be between the ages of 15 and 30
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work and function as a member of the Community Support Services team and the larger Resource Centre team
- Ability to provide support and coordination of services to vulnerable clients
- A willingness to maintain high quality, client centered services
- Computer competencies
- Oral and written fluency in English and French.
- Enrollment in or completion of post-secondary education in human services (social work, social service worker, gerontology, or other related disciplines), an asset
- Access to own vehicle, as asset
