Experienced Receptionist/Medical Administrator

THE SLEEVE CLINIC is a boutique surgical clinic specializing in weight-loss surgery. We are growing rapidly and are seeking a true ROCKSTAR to join our team to manage and coordinate our patients before and after surgery.

We are seeking an experienced medical receptionist/administrator who has 3-5 years of experience managing a busy specialist medical or surgical practice.
This person must have extraordinary people skills, be unbelievably detail-oriented, and the definition of dependable and reliable.

This role is all about keeping everything running smoothly from the moment a patient first walks through the front doors of our Clinic to the time they leave.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, reliable, and self-motivated individual to work at a private surgical practice.

A typical day might include tasks like:

- Assisting with admin and clerical tasks as needed
- Scheduling appointments for multiple practitioners
- Answering phones and faxing
- Preparing patient charts and related documentation for scheduled visits
- Ensuring office flow by receiving, checking in, and guiding scheduled patients and visitors; screening unscheduled patients and visitors; maintaining clinic room supplies inventory by checking stock and anticipating needs.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Requires successful completion of a recognized Medical Office Administration program/diploma or equivalent at the community college level or an education that includes a Bachelors degree.
- A minimum of three (3) years of related practical experience managing a busy medical or surgical practice.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with team members.
