Job Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in selecting the right cannabis products, and ensuring a positive and educational experience.

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in selecting cannabis products and accessories based on their preferences and needs
- Provide accurate information about different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends, regulations, and product offerings
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensary sales floor
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products

**Experience**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all customers
- Multilingual abilities are a plus (English proficiency is required)
- Basic math skills for cash handling transactions
- Computer literacy for operating point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Previous experience in a similar role or knowledge of cannabis products is preferred but not required
