Boundary Co-op is hiring a Full Time Meat Cutter (40 hours per week) at our Food Store in Boissevain, Manitoba

**Who we are**:
**What you’ll do**:
Reporting to the Food Store Manager, the Meat Cutter is responsible for:

- Demonstrate day to day behaviours and actions that align with and strengthen our Co-op’s vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety;
- Greet customers and responding to customer questions;
- Meat preparation including the use of proper cutting techniques and trim standards;
- Preparation of in-store made product including sausage and hamburger patties;
- Meat wrapping;
- Merchandising display cases including fresh and frozen cases;
- Assist in inventory management including ordering, receiving, inspecting and storage of product;
- Follow sanitation and food health standards;
- Housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
