Butcher/meat Cutter

Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to customer specifications
- Package and label meat products for display and sale
- Ensure proper handling and storage of meat products to maintain freshness and quality
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards in all aspects of meat preparation
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their meat selection and answering any questions they may have
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Two years or more experience at a meat/butcher shop
- Strong knowledge of meat cutting techniques and food preparation
- Ability to handle and lift heavy cuts of meat
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate portioning and packaging
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong customer service skills to assist customers with their meat selection
