Job description

**Job Summary**
CAP Waterproofing and Drains is a leading provider of waterproofing solutions for residential and commercial properties. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service. We are expanding our team and looking for dedicated Waterproofing Laborers and Foremen to join us.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize power tools and hand tools to perform waterproofing tasks
- Operate equipment such as bucket trucks, backhoes, and rigs as needed
- Conduct waterproofing activities such as welding membranes, digging by hand, and machine
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment during all operations
- Installing drainage systems, membranes, and other waterproofing products.
- Performing excavation and backfilling tasks.
- Operating basic hand and power tools.
- Ensuring job sites are clean and safe.

Foremen
- Supervising and coordinating the work of laborers on-site.
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications.
- Communicating with clients, engineers, and project managers.
- Maintaining high standards of safety and quality control.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for waterproofing tasks
- Experience with bucket truck and backhoe operation is a plus
- Ability to weld effectively for waterproofing purposes
- Familiarity with bucket operation and rigging techniques
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair waterproofing systems
- Competency in low voltage work for specialized waterproofing requirements
- Strong ability to dig efficiently as part of the waterproofing process
- Previous experience in construction or waterproofing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Expected hours: 44 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: On the road

Pay: $22.00-$31.00 per hour
