**Overview**

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a **Customer Service Associate**. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to customers, handle cashier duties, take orders, assist with grocery stocking, and ensure the cleanliness of the store. You will be an integral part of our team, helping to maintain a positive shopping experience and supporting day-to-day store operations. It's important to us that we build meaningful, personal connections with our customers, and we encourage you to take the time to get to know them, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated every time they visit

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a friendly and helpful attitude, addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle payments accurately and efficiently.
- Stay informed about store products and what's in season, providing helpful recommendations to customers.
- Take customer orders over the phone, pick & pack orders with high accuracy.
- Assist with restocking shelves, ensuring products are neatly organized and properly labeled.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Work with other store team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
- Assist with various tasks as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Prior retail or customer service experience is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
- Ability to lift and carry products, as needed, and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of store products and services.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Dependable and punctual.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full Time Position - Monday to Friday, weekends as needed.
- Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting, and carrying.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

**Benefits**:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

- Monday to Friday
