ENERCON is now seeking an experienced ML Ops Expert to join our team and contribute to the sustainable and efficient use of (AI) machine learning within our organization. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our global team of experts and work closely with our technical lead based in Canada.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Guidelines and Support**:

- Develop and provide expert support to foster the golden standard of AI throughout the company, ensuring sustainability, performance, and full data lineage of ML results.
- **Framework Implementation**:

- Alongside the Platform architect in Canada, Create, implement, and monitor the machine learning operations framework to ensure knowledge and results continuity over the full life cycles of our assets.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Bridge the gap between data science and data engineering, ensuring seamless deployment and management of machine learning models.
- **Model Management**:

- Specialize in streamlining the development, deployment, and management of machine learning models in production environments.
- **Collaborative Solutions**:

- Work closely with data scientists, DevOps teams, and stakeholders to create efficient, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.
- **Value Maximization**:

- Ensure and maximize value creation from Advanced Analytics products.

**Requirements**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in popular ML frameworks such as Databricks ML Flow, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices for ML models pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable ML infrastructure.
- Ability to design robust data pipelines and manage large datasets.
- Expertise in deploying ML models in production environments.
- Proficiency with Git for code versioning and collaboration.
- Understanding of monitoring tools and logging practices for ML systems.
- Knowledge of securing ML pipelines and handling sensitive data.
- Additional familiarity with AZURE Cloud, Databricks, PySpark, MS Fabric, and SAP is an asset.
