**About the Role**:
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will be responsible for providing direct clinical supervision and treatment to children with autism and their families. The BCBA will also be responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with policies, and monitoring the performance of staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct clinical supervision to Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) staff
- Provide direct clinical treatment to children with autism and their families
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the organization as well as provide support to staff as needed
- Monitor performance of staff and ensure staff are meeting their contractual responsibilities
- Participate in professional development opportunities to further develop skills in areas of clinical, behavioral, and management skills
- Participate in program evaluation to monitor effectiveness of services provided for children with autism and their families
- Participate in training for new technologies as needed (e.g., technology)
- Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately, timely, and accurately in a timely manner in accordance with organization policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Skills**:

- Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred but not required. BCBA certification preferred but not required. Other qualifications such as knowledge of child development, social skills, communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, time management, and problem-solving are also desirable.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Scheduling flexibility is required.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Team-oriented attitude is a must. Collaboration with other staff is a must. Ability to interact with clients on a daily basis.

**Salary**: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
