We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Countertop Fabricator to join our team. As a Countertop Fabricator, you will be responsible for crafting and shaping various types of countertops using natural stone, engineered materials, and other surfaces. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high-quality and aesthetically pleasing countertops that enhance the functionality and appeal of residential and commercial spaces.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Fabrication**:

- Utilize saws, polishers, routers, and other equipment to cut, shape, and refine countertop materials.
- Polish and finish surfaces, sinks to achieve the desired texture, sheen, and appearance.

**Quality Control**:

- Conduct thorough quality checks at various stages of fabrication to identify defects, inconsistencies, or imperfections.
- Make necessary adjustments to ensure countertops meet established standards of quality, accuracy, and visual appeal.
- Address any issues with materials or equipment that may affect the fabrication process.

**Safety and Maintenance**:

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery and handling materials to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Perform routine maintenance on fabrication equipment to ensure optimal functionality and longevity.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a countertop fabricator or similar role in the stone or surface fabrication industry.
- Proficiency in operating saws, polishers, and other fabrication equipment.
- Strong understanding of different countertop materials, including natural stone and engineered surfaces.
- Precision and attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements, cuts, and finishing.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a fabrication environment.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and operate machinery.
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot fabrication issues and implement solutions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.

**Salary**: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
