- DUTIES: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food; prepare dishes with allergies or food intolerances; plan menus; monitor and order supplies; inspect the kitchen and food service areas; train and supervise kitchen helpers; maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment; clean kitchen and work areas_
